A WOMAN who was missing for a week has been found after a major police operation.
Siobhan Malley was last seen on Wednesday, January 24 in the Fountain Gardens area of Paisley.
Earlier today, cops ramped up their search for the 35-year-old at the location where she was last spotted.
Between 2.30pm and 4.30pm the force stopped and spoke to pedestrians and motorists in Caledonia Street, Blythswood Drive, Love Street, Glen Street and Fountain Gardens area in an effort to gather more information for their investigation.
However, now, the force has revealed the missing woman has been traced and is safe and well.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We are pleased to confirm that Siobhan Malley who was reported missing from Paisley has been traced safe and well.
"Members of the public are thanked for their assistance with this matter."
