An iconic Glasgow tearoom has teased a new location as it is set to expand.
Willow Tea Rooms in the city centre took to social media to announce a new venue will be opening in Edinburgh.
The eatery revealed the new store will be opening later this month.
However, it is unclear where in the capital the new tea shop will be located.
The Buchanan Street space is inspired by the original tea room on Sauchiehall Street which was designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and based on the Glasgow Style, of which he was a pioneer.
A spokesperson for Willow Tea Rooms said: "Edinburgh, something quaint is coming - keep your eyes peeled for The Willow Tearooms opening later this month."
