A major airline has announced five extra Glasgow flights per week in its massive new summer schedule.
We previously reported that Dutch airline KLM has announced its 2024 summer schedule which runs from Sunday, March 31 until Saturday, October 26.
Now, the company has revealed that their services to Glasgow Airport will increase from 27 per week to 32 giving customers a greater choice.
As part of the announcement, KLM said it will serve 155 destinations, 92 are in Europe and 63 are intercontinental.
The destinations in Europe include Nice, Krakow, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Prague, Bologna, Florence, and Genoa.
Further afield, intercontinental flights on the summer schedule include Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Montreal, Toronto, and Los Angeles.
They will also increase seat capacity by around seven per cent compared to the summer of 2023.
