AN investigation is underway following an assault in Glasgow city centre.
Cops were called to Hope Street at around 9.35pm last night following a report of a woman being assaulted by another woman.
The victim did not require medical treatment following the incident.
Police said enquiries are ongoing to trace the other woman involved.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9.35pm on Friday, February 24, 2024, police received a report a woman had been assaulted by another female in Hope Street, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and the woman did not require medical assistance.
"Enquiries are ongoing to locate the female involved."
