First Bus have praised one of their drivers following a 'serious incident' in Glasgow yesterday.
We previously reported an alleged 'disturbance' took place onboard a number three service on Great Western Road, near Knightswood, shortly after 1pm on Sunday, March 18.
Police say they were called to the incident - where a knife was reportedly present.
Following it, a 35-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection.
Now, First Bus has praised the services driver for his 'quick thinking' in the 'very serious situation'.
The travel company said the driver maintained a 'cool head' to diffuse the situation, while his actions helped 'ensure' all the passengers were safe.
