Hero 999 crews rushed to rescue a dog trapped near a river in Glasgow.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) say they were called to the incident near a river in Rouken Glen Park on Wednesday, March 27, shortly before 3pm.
The service sent specialist water rescue units to the scene where crews safely recovered the dog.
No one was injured during the incident.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were alerted at 2.44pm on Wednesday, March 27, to reports of dog trapped near a river in Rouken Glen Park, Glasgow.
"Operations control mobilised specialist water rescue units to the scene and crews safely recovered the dog to a position of safety.
"There were no casualties and crews left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe."
