Man due in court following 'sexual assault' of woman, 70 (Image: Newsquest)
A MAN is due to appear in court following the alleged sexual assault of a 70-year-old woman in Bearsden.
We previously reported the alleged incident occurred near to Colquhoun Park, near Station Road, at around 5.15pm on Friday, March 22.
Police confirmed a 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.
He is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court today (March 30).
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
