A plush hotel near Glasgow is set to create 50 jobs following a £15 million investment.
Crossbasket Castle Hotel in High Blantyre will create new jobs in the hospitality industry - as it looks to recruit the "best talent" to join its growing team.
The posh hotel has announced the new roles following a major multi-million pound expansion.
As part of it, the resort will launch its "highly anticipated" new offering this August, with an additional 40-bedroom hotel, two five-bedroom eco-friendly lodges, luxury spa and new destination restaurant opening to the public.
The recruitment drive by the venue, which opened in 2016, has been launched to fill up vacancies across the business.
The hotel is currently recruiting for the following roles:
- Reception
- Host/hostess
- Waiting staff
- Event bar staff
- Food runners
- Kitchen porters
- Day porters
- Night porters
- Housekeeping
- Chefs
- BOH porters
- Spa therapist
Following the announcement of the new jobs, the hotel has said it will host a recruitment day on Thursday, April 18, from 3pm until 8pm.
