PROPOSALS have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council for a new lounge and wine bar in Renfrew.
The application proposes a change of use from hairdressing and beauty salon for vacant premises at 44 Canal Street.
The proposals also state that the establishment would have a cold food menu serving cold plates such as antipasti and similar.
The plans include frontage alterations including changing the shopfront from being angled with a recess to straight with the door centred.
A drawing of the proposed layout shows a lounge bar area, servery, cellar/drinks store and unisex toilet.
The application, which is currently awaiting a decision, was received by the council on Friday, April 5 and validated on Friday, April 12.
