A fashion retailer is set to return with a new store near Glasgow after going into administration.
M&Co has announced it will be opening its 'first store' in Newton Mearns on Friday, May 3.
The new store will open under the new ownership of A.K Retail Holdings - who acquired the brand in May 2023.
The shop will be located where a previous store was in the town before going into administration.

It will feature an 'extensive range' of clothing.
Meanwhile, it promises to be an 'elevated shopping experience' - with six jobs being created in the area as well.
Following the acquisition of the company by AK Retail Holdings in 2023, the brand has undergone a 'remarkable transformation'.
Andrew Killingsworth, CEO of M&Co, said: “The opening of our Newton Mearns store embodies our commitment to both the Scottish heritage of the brand and investment of our valued customers.
"We know how valued in-store shopping is, and we hope this store brings excitement for future store openings.”
Sanda McPherson, head of retail for M&Co stores, added: "We are thrilled to welcome back our loyal customers in-store.
“This expansion symbolises our commitment to bringing stores back to the high street and connecting with customers.
"I look forward to personally welcoming customers back on the opening day.”
