Dash cam footage could help cops investigating a road traffic collision which resulted in an OAP being rushed to hospital.
The 77-year-old woman was hit by a car in the city’s Craigton today and now police want to speak to witnesses.
She was hit by a Vauxhall Corsa on Paisley Road West, near to its junction with Bellahouston Drive at around 12.25pm.
The woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where staff describe her condition as serious but stable.
Sergeant Christopher Hoggans said: “This is a busy area and I am urging any witnesses to the crash who have not yet spoken to police to contact us as soon as possible.
“I would also ask any drivers with dash-cam to check their footage and get in touch if it contains anything that may be relevant to our investigation.
“Anyone with information should contact 101 quoting reference number 1386 of 25 April.”
