MARTIN Compston has revealed which Eastenders star he would like to see on Line of Duty.
The Greenock actor appeared in the BBC show, which ran from 2012 until 2021, as DI Steve Arnott who worked in the anti-corruption unit AC-12.
And while there are "no immediate plans" for the series to return he has now revealed he thinks Danny Dyer would make a "great" addition to the cast as a 'bent copper', the Mirror reports.
He said: "[Danny] would be a great shout [as a 'bent copper' on the show].
"Danny is something else, honestly, he is one of our treasures.
"He is a wonderful actor - it would be good to see [him] in there."
