Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has opened a new residential office in Bearsden - and it is managed by a local.
Located at 4 Canniesburn Toll, the office by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors in East Dunbartonshire is managed by the surveyor's residential partner Alan Fleming.
This is the firm's 38th UK office as part of its strategic growth plan.
Mr Fleming said: "As a Bearsden resident, I’m delighted to help bring to fruition this new local office which will enable us to enhance further the service we can offer to our clientele through the deployment of our in-depth local market knowledge.
“The housing market throughout East Dunbartonshire remains very active with keen demand supporting property values, particularly within the much sought after areas of Bearsden.”
Ian Fergusson, senior partner at Shepherd, said: "Our investment in an office in Bearsden can be seen as an indication of our confidence in, and commitment to servicing, the residential market throughout East Dunbartonshire.
“Marking the latest stage of our strategic plan for growth via the expansion of our extensive office network, the opening of our Bearsden office is indicative of our focus on our core business of providing professional Home Reports, being close to our clients and estate agents from our new prominent position at Canniesburn Toll.”
