A CITY centre bar has created a Taylor Swift-themed cocktail menu to celebrate the pop stars arrival in Scotland this weekend.
Thousands of Swifties will be making the trip from Glasgow to Edinburgh for the sell-out Murrayfield shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and The Citizen Bar has debuted the limited edition menu for fans to enjoy ahead of a bus or train ride to the capital.
Until Sunday, June 9, the St Vincent Place bar will be serving the creative concoctions - which have been created in partnership with Absolut vodka - inspired by Swifts hit songs, with each drink accompanied by an Eras Tour friendship bracelet until stocks last.
Champagne Problems is a light summer drink featuring Malfi Arancia, orange juice, Chimere and garnished with an orange twist, while Fortnight is set to wake up fans with espresso, Tia Maria, white chocolate Mozart, Absolut vodka and chocolate powder.
Concert-goers can also say ‘yes’ to Love Story, a shaken mango and passion fruit drink made with Gabriel Bouldier Mango Liqueur, Mango Absolut Vodka, lemon juice, egg white, and passion fruit and mango puree.
Denise Boyle from The Citizen Bar said: "We wanted to give a special offering for Swifties in Scotland, and we’re hoping this collection of drinks is a hit with fans looking to celebrate in style before the concert.
"These drinks are inspired by some of our favourite Taylor songs, and we think they’ll be the perfect way for fans to get into the concert spirit and celebrate their love for Taylor Swift.
"Each drink comes with an Eras Tour friendship bracelet until stocks last to remember the concert - or to wear to it on the night if you haven’t had time to make some."
