Niteworks have announced their final performance in Glasgow at the end of the year.
It adds to their already planned farewell tour dates in Inverness and London.
The momentous performance will take place on November 16 at the O2 Academy Glasgow following their well-received headline slot at The Reeling Festival over the weekend.
The band, who have spent 17 years leading Scotland’s folk and electronica music scene, revealed in 2024 that they would disband after this final year.
Their last performance in Glasgow will mark the end of a remarkable journey that has seen them release a series of esteemed albums and tracks.
The final tour, named Solas Na Maidne Tour, translates to Morning Light, or daybreak in Gaelic.
Niteworks chose this title to metaphorically illustrate the end of their "night's work" and indicate the band's disbandment.
The band's history of titles relating to different times of the day, including Beul na h-Oidhche ("Night Fall") and albums such as Air Fair an La ("Dawn of the Day"), and A Ghrian ("The Sun").
In their farewell tour, Niteworks has played a selection of festivals including The Reeling and Skye Live with a forthcoming performance at Belladrum Festival.
All their live performances will feature Scottish trio, Sian, and special visuals showing chronicles of the band's career history.
Staying true to their roots, the band recently released their final single "An Toll Dubh", which translates to "The Dungeon".
Featuring beautiful vocals of long-term collaborators Sian (Ceitlin Lilidh, Eilidh Cormack, and Ellen MacDonald), and Fiona MacAskill on fiddle, this song's lyrics speak of preserving Gaelic culture and language, aligning it perfectly with their goodbye.
Allan MacDonald of Niteworks shared his thoughts on their Glasgow show.
He said: "We're delighted to be playing the O2 Academy Glasgow to bring the Niteworks story to a close.
"This will be the biggest show we have done ourselves, and with the Glasgow music scene having been a big part of our story, we couldn't think of anywhere better to do it.
"It's going to be an emotional one for sure."
Tickets will be available for the Glasgow show starting from June 12, at 10am via the O2 Academy Music Group website.
