A YELLOW weather warning has been issued for thunderstorms and heavy rain in Glasgow.
The Met Office has advised the weather may bring some disruption to travel and outdoor activities from 11am today (June 15).
The warning is in place until 10pm.
The Met Office warns there is good chance driving conditions will be affected and the flooding of a few homes and businesses is possible.
There may also be damage to buildings and structures from lightening strikes with the short term loss of power likely.
