UPDATE: The road has reopened.
A busy Glasgow road is closed due to an ongoing incident.
The A814 Clydeside Expressway is closed eastbound after Hayburn Street.
This is due to a road traffic accident which occurred on Sunday morning.
The road is expected to be closed until the recovery of the vehicles can be arranged.
Drivers are urged to use another route.
Glasgow City Council roads department said: "Due to an RTA, the A814 Clydeside Expressway is closed eastbound after Hayburn Street. This section of road will remain closed until a recovery can be achieved.
"Drivers are advised to use an alternate route."
Police Scotland confirmed they had been made aware of the incident.
