A Glasgow housing development's show home has opened.
The unveiling of Cala Homes (West)'s latest townhouse at Jordanhill Park offers an extra glimpse into their collection of contemporary townhouses in the west of the city.
The Clancey, a five-bedroom show property, spread over three floors accompanied by a garage and driveway is now available for visits from those hunting for a spacious family dwelling.
Clad with an open-plan kitchen and dining area that is expected to become the home's core, it features full height bi-fold doors leading to a private back garden.
An integral garage, a downstairs cloakroom, and a utility room polish off the ground floor.
Up a level on the first floor, buyers will find a 'stunning' family lounge, two bedrooms - one with an en suite - and a family bathroom.
The top floor hosts a further three bedrooms, which includes the main bedroom and its en suite, and an additional designer bathroom.
Ronnie Kennedy, director of Get Fully Furnished, said: "We were delighted to be involved in bringing the latest townhouse showhome to life at the wonderful Jordanhill Park.
"Creating functional spaces perfect for family life, each room has been styled with space and comfort in mind.
"The dining kitchen is a perfect space to enjoy a family dinner or entertain friends, we used a bold colourful wallpaper to highlight this space as a hub of the home.
"In the lounge, we used more calming tones and neutral textured wallpaper to create a calming zone."
Along with the Clancey, the developer has an additional four townhouse show homes to view at their Jordanhill Park sales village.
Ranging from a three-bedroom Mews house type to larger, four- and five-bedroom homes, all are nestled within the site's parklands, just moments away from the west end and city centre
Suzanne McElhiney, sales and marketing director at Cala Homes (West), said: "The new Clancey showhome is an impressive addition to our sales village at Jordanhill Park as we aspire to showcase the full collection of townhouses currently on offer.
"Designed with families in mind, this is the ideal home for those looking for an energy-efficient new build in a highly sought after city location.
"We welcome those interested in three-storey living to book an appointment to visit all of our show homes to see how we can make a 2024 move possible."
Jordanhill Park offers more than townhouses, with a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, bespoke homes in the historic David Stow building, and five-bedroom detached homes.
Those interested in the Clancey townhouse should note that the starting price stands at £634,995.
