In a post shared on Instagram, bosses wrote: "We're open.
"Come down and grab a coffee, a sweet, a sandwich or cocktail.
"Or just pop in and say hey to our new family."
Paying homage to their location, the café's retro interiors have been inspired by "textures, colours and patterns" found in UK transport while all sandwiches at the new spot are named after train stations across the globe, from Waverley Station to Tokyo Shinjuku.
Central Café is located at 240 Argyle Street.
