Police have released the first picture of a woman who died after being found injured in Glasgow.
Maxine Clark was discovered dead on Thursday within a property on Tummel street in Riddrie.
A 32-year-old man has been charged in connection with her death.
Emergency services attended after reports of a seriously injured woman but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her family is aware.
The 32-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 1 July, 2024.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “A 32-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of Maxine Clark in Riddrie, Glasgow.
"Around 7.40pm on Thursday, 27 June, 2024, police received a report of a woman found seriously injured within a property on Tummel Street.
"Emergency services attended, however Maxine, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Her family are aware.
"The 32-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 1 July, 2024.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
