A woman is in hospital after falling at a rocky area near Loch Lomond.
Emergency services responded to a call that a woman had fallen near Balmaha Pier on Wednesday, July 3 at around 4.30pm.
The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat was dispatched at the request of Police Scotland and was able to package her into a vacuum mattress.
Scottish Fire and Rescue were then able to aid the transport of the woman over difficult terrain in order for her to be seen by an ambulance in Balloch.
The woman was then taken to hospital with a broken ankle.
