MARTIN Compston joined Example on stage during his set at TRNSMT on the first day of the festival.
The singer and rapper performed on the King Tut's stage on Friday, July 12 and invited Compston to join him during the show.
Talking to the cheering crowd, the Greenock actor said: "He [Example] told me the bets crowds in the world are f***ing Scotland.
"And tonight we're going to prove him right again because f*** Glastonbury."

He then led the crowd in a chant of "no Scotland no party".
Compston shared a video on Instagram with the caption: "One of the best experiences of ma puff.
"All thanks to the hero [Example]."

Example commented on the post: "My f***** brother."
The pair were also pictured dining at Lychee Oriental on Mitchell Street with chef Jimmy Lee ahead of the performance.
Lee shared a picture on his Instagram story, writing "Calm at [Lychee Oriental] before the storm."
We previously reported earlier this week that Compston and Lee were also pictured on social media together for a "wee day out in Gourock".
