A CITY centre hotel has announced the relaunch of its in-house bar and restaurant.
The Grahamston at the Radisson Blu has been designed to create a unique culinary journey that blends heritage and modernity, promising guests a fusion of Scottish tradition with Pan-Asian flair.
Designed by executive chef Matt Mills, the new menu reflects his experience creating Asian cuisine and his love for quality Scottish produce.

The a la carte menu offers a variety of small plates including Scottish scallops served with vegetable pakora, celeriac puree and madras butter and main such as cod with curried lentils and tandoor marinated chicken.
Desserts include items such as mango lassi delice or miso apple cheesecake.

Matt Mills, executive chef at The Grahamston, said: "We are thrilled to reopen The Grahamston with a fresh new concept that celebrates Scotland’s rich culinary heritage while embracing the vibrant flavours of Asia.

The Radisson Blu is located at 301 Argyle Street near Glasgow Central Station.
