Glasgow has been pictured enjoying the sunshine as temperatures soar across the city.
Groups were seen basking in the good weather with 23 degree heat being recorded today, according to the Met Office.
We previously reported how the summer holidays kicked off to a rather bad start with downpours of heavy rain.

Now with three weeks left the sun has finally appeared giving families the chance to take advantage of it.
Our photographer captured pictures in Broomielaw of packed parks with sunbathers and pals relaxing during the mini heatwave.
Crowds were also spotted enjoying the sunshine at Kelvingrove Park.
The Met Office is predicting temperatures will hit up to 21 degrees for the rest of the week, but in typical Scottish weather will also see some light showers.
Last week London recorded the hottest day of the year so far as St James’s Park hit 31.9 degrees.
The good weather is also being enjoyed by the rest of the UK with temperatures reaching more than 30 degrees down south.
