Glaswegian actress Vivienne Carlyle is set to return to the iconic role of Mrs Johnstone in the hit musical Blood Brothers.
Bill Kenwright’s award-winning tour of the play will run from October 15 to 19 at King’s Theatre in Glasgow.

Vivienne has received standing ovations for her poignant portrayal in the musical’s West End production.
The musical theatre leading lady and recording artist has had an impressive career as an actor and singer.
The University of Strathclyde graduate's theatre roles include The Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Grizabella in Cats.
Sean Jones and Joe Sleight will reprise their roles as twins Mickey and Eddie, and Gemma Brodrick will return as Linda.
Other returning cast members for 2024 are Sarah Jane Buckley (Mrs Lyons), Scott Anson (narrator), Tim Churchill (Mr Lyons), Chloe Pole (Donna Marie), Alex Harland (Policeman/Teacher), Graeme Kinniburgh (Postman/Bus Conductor) and Jess Smith (Brenda).
New cast additions include James Ledsham (Sammy), Ben Mabberley (Perkins) and Dominic Gore (neighbour).
The tragic tale of twins separated at birth who grow up on opposite sides of the tracks by award-winning playwright Willy Russell continues to be received with acclaim.
Since its launch as a play in a Liverpool school in 1981, the musical has triumphed across the globe.
Blood Brothers, featuring score hits such as A Bright New Day and the emotionally charged Tell Me It's Not True, depicts the story of young mother Mrs Johnstone.
Deserted by her husband, she strives to provide for her seven children, leading to a life-altering pact with devastating consequences.
