A FUNDRAISER has been organised to help a Dumbarton family after their home was devastated by a fire.
Emergency services were called to the ground floor property on Merkins Avenue in Bellsmyre at 2.30pm yesterday afternoon.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that three people were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service to be treated for slight smoke inhalation.

The fundraiser has been organised by a friend of the family, Colin Leith.
A statement read: "On Sunday, July 28, tragedy struck when a fire ripped through the family's house.
"This has left the family with nothing. The kids had all their clothes, toys and even their teddies that they sleep with destroyed.
"This is truly heartbreaking for anyone to lose everything that they own never mind someone who is so close to you.
"I have made this fundraiser to try and raise some money to help the family get some clothes and essentials to live with whilst they wait on getting new accommodation and try to rebuild their lives again.
"Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."
