A Scottish ballet sensation will be performing two exclusive shows in Airdrie this month.
Reece Clarke, an Airdrie local, will perform the shows on August 31 with his colleagues from the Royal Ballet, celebrating his journey to becoming an international star.
The event also supports the Guide Dogs with all ticket proceeds being donated to the charity.
The shows will be held at Airdrie Town Hall on August 31.

He said: "We have been talking about creating this event for some time and we are really excited to be going live.
"My family and I are really proud of our Airdrie roots and excited to return home for the show.
"Performing with my colleagues, in front of family and friends in my home community will be an experience we will always remember, and I am excited also to have the chance for my colleagues to experience the warm welcome from the town that provided such support to my early development and in the journey to performing with the Royal Ballet today.”
The celebration will also be attended by his former teacher Janis Ridley, who is the founder of the Janis Ridley School of Dance.
Reece trained at the school alongside his three elder brothers.
He said: "Watching Reece grow into the incredible artist he is today has been an absolute honour.
"His dedication and passion for dance are truly inspiring, and it’s wonderful to see him bring his talents back to Airdrie."
Reece thanked the North Lanarkshire Council for hosting the event.
His performances will feature excerpts from iconic ballets and new works and will showcase the skills of his Royal Ballet colleagues.
