A ROAD has reopened after a fire tore through a building on Carlton Place.
We previously reported emergency services were called to the Gorbals at around 8pm on Monday, August 5 after a fire broke out at a three-story building close to Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Carlton Place was closed while fire crews tackled the "well developed" blaze and to allow enquiries to be carried out.

As of around 2pm this afternoon, the road is now fully reopen to all traffic and pedestrians.
The building, which faces the River Clyde, was not in use prior to the fire and there are no reports of any injuries.
Pictures from the scene show the roof has been completely destroyed.
