A TUI captain warned passengers flying from Glasgow Airport to Tenerife about their conduct following disruptive behaviour in the departure lounge.
The captain spoke to passengers flying with the airline on Friday, August 9 after he was advised some passengers behaviour in departures had been "getting towards the limit of what's tolerable".
It is not clear what they had been doing.

A video of the warning has circulated on TikTok, with the publisher asking: "I'm sorry but what did you do in departures to get the captain up here making an announcement to calm it?"
The captain told passengers: "Here are the ground rules.
"Please be very very careful about the way you behave on this flight.
"First and foremost, this is a family holiday flight so I do not tolerate any rowdy behaviour in the aircraft, it's not fair on everybody else and it's certainly not fair on my crew.
"Those of you who've had a few [drinks], fantastic, you're on holiday. Do not let it get out of hand on this aircraft."

He continued: "I've got a bunch of cabin crew who are skilled professionals.
"You only see them serving food, drinks, selling duty free and so on but actually they're a critical part of the safety of the aeroplane.
"They are my colleagues and you will treat them with respect please.
"If they ask you to do something they're doing it because I've asked them to tell you to do it so please comply with any instructions the cabin crew give you and that includes things like seatbelt signs."

He also reminded people they are not allowed to smoke on the aircraft and advised he would alert the authorities in Tenerife if anyone broke the rules.
The captain apologised for having "to lay down" the ground rules before wishing everyone a "warm welcome".
Passengers applauded him for the warning.
The TikTok user who posted the video confirmed in the comments that the passengers behaved themselves.
They added: "He [the captain] came back at the end of the flight to say thank you for heeding his warning."
Another person who was also on the flight commented: "We were on this flight. Captain was an absolute legend. His headmaster speech thankfully worked."
