UPDATE HERE

ARMED cops have been spotted in Knightswood and Yoker amid an ongoing incident.

Several police vehicles and armed officers are currently in attendance at a situation on Hawick Street, near Dornal Avenue, in the Knightswood area of Glasgow.

One officer can be seen on a first-floor balcony of a property, whilst others are on the street.

Meanwhile, multiple plain-clothed cops were also seen entering the premises on the street.

Police have also been spotted in nearby Kelso Street and the force's helicopter is also out. 

Following being pictured at the property, armed officers blue-lighted away from the scene shortly after 5pm, while other officers remained in the area.
