THE owners of a missing puppy have launched a desperate appeal for help to find her.
Bella, a seven-month-old Cavapoo, has been missing for three weeks.
Marcella Brady was out walking Bella, who is her son's dog, at Greenoakhill Waterworks in Uddingston, along with her own two dogs.
But when she turned her back for a second, the pup had gone.
Marcella said: "I thought 'where did she go?' She just disappeared. We've been looking for her for three weeks now, searching everywhere.
"My son is broken-hearted, and so am I. The help we've had from the local community has been overwhelming.
"People and dog walkers have been keeping an eye out for her when they're out. The volunteer group Lanarkshire Track and Trace have been wonderful.
"Someone would have seen her by now if she was walking about so we believe that someone has lifted her. Someone has got to have her."
Bella is microchipped and Marcella is asking for locals and others across Glasgow and the surrounding areas to keep an eye out for the pup.
She added: "If anyone has acquired a new Cavapoo in the last few weeks, can you check its chip as maybe someone has sold you Bella and you are unaware she belonged to someone else?
"Or if anyone notices that someone has a new puppy that looks similar, please contact us in confidence."
Marcella can be contacted on 07947 150 403.
