A Halloween fairground in Pollok is returning for this year's spooky season.
Spooktacular is promising families 'frightening fun' as it announces its return to the green car park at Silverburn this year from Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 27.
Event organisers have teased that the 'bigger and better than before' fairground will have more than 20 'spine-tingling' rides including the brand new high-speed pendulum- Air Max.
The Haunted Tagada, Speed Buzz and Moonlit Ferris Wheel are just some of the attractions hoping to become a terrifying tradition for visitors as organisers gear up for their fourth year at the shopping centre.
The fairground promises to be family-friendly encouraging those bringing their 'little pumpkins' to share in the fun with rides like the Haunted Big Apple Coaster, Bungee Trampolines and Mini Chair-O-Plane.
Wristbands give riders unlimited access to all rides for four hours and can be booked online in advance.
Organisers said: "The kids are going back to school and the dark nights are creeping in so it can only mean one thing… Halloween is on the horizon and Spooktacular is back! After the electrifying success of their past events, Spooktacular has become a terrifying tradition for families who love a scream.
"Unleash your inner thrill seeker as we cast a spell of fun and fear, Spooktacular will feature a range of thrilling rides, family rides, photo opportunities and fang-tastic food options to make sure every member of the family is entertained during the spooky season.
"From thrill seekers looking for a spine-tingling frightening time to little pumpkins, Spooktacular will not disappoint with a host of the most exciting rides on offer."
