A FOOTBALL fan appeared in court accused of being involved in a fight between Aberdeen and Hibernian fans in Glasgow.
Jack Sylvester, 26, is claimed to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner in Glasgow city centre's Hope Street on November 4, 2023.
Aberdeen defeated Hibs in the semi-final of the Scottish League cup that day with Bojan Miovski netting the only goal for the Dons.
Court papers state Sylvester, of Chelmsford, Essex, and others on a journey to the match fought with opposition supporters.

This is said to have been done with weapons, a glass thrown and other items at the other side's fans.
It is claimed that there were gestures made challenging the opposition fans to fight.
Sylvester made no plea at a private hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
He was granted bail and committed for further examination by Paul Reid.
Sylvester will appear in court again at a later date.
