A SECTION of road in the city's West End will be closed next week to allow carriageway surfacing works to take place.
Great Western Road's eastbound lanes will be closed between Dorchester Avenue and Shelley Road from 9.30am on Tuesday, August 27.
The work is expected to last until 4.30pm on Thursday, August 29.
Local and pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the work. ]
A diversion for eastbound traffic will be in place via Dorchester Avenue, Cleveden Road and Great Western Road.
Drivers are asked to add additional time to their journeys due to the restrictions.
