A Glasgow chef famous for his 60-second stir-fry videos on TikTok has launched his first cookbook.
Chef Jimmy Lee's 'Jimmy’s Smoking Wok' is a compilation of 80 mouth-watering takeaway-style recipes with a simplistic and quick approach.
It caters to a broad palette with dishes ranging from traditional Chow Mein to Scottish fusion dishes like Haggis Spring Rolls.
The cookbook features uncomplicated yet punchy recipes where readers can explore Banquet Dishes, Chef's Specials, and an array of Staff Meals.
The menu includes a Malaysian Sponge Cake, Suan La Tang and Salt Chilli Soft Shell Crab.

Born in Scotland, Chef Lee has had award-winning success with his Glasgow restaurant Lychee Oriental and its Chinese cuisine and dining experience.
He is also a regular face on ITV’s This Morning and STV2’s Live at Five.
As well as showcasing his skills on national television, he represented Scotland on BBC's Great British Menu.
His quick and easy TikTok recipes have earned him a considerable following.
His inimitable style allows for a fast-paced cooking experience, sometimes even featuring him sipping Irn Bru.
