A GLASGOW cocktail bar has been crowned the best cocktail bar of the year at the Scottish Bar and Pub Awards 2024.
The Absent Ear won the accolade at an awards ceremony held yesterday, August 27.
In an Instagram post, the bar thanked everyone who voted for them.
The awards, now in their 29th year and often known as the "Hospitality Oscars", are Scotland's longest-running licensed trade awards and highlight both rising stars and customer service experts in the industry.
Kelvingrove Café, located in Finnieston, was also a contender in the Best Cocktail Bar category.
Celebrations took place at the Doubletree Hilton in the city, with award categories showcasing the breadth of Scotland's vibrant bar and pub scene.
