How much have Glasgow hotel prices risen during the Oasis reunion weekend? We did the research to find out.

The legendary band announced a reunion tour next year with two dates in Scotland, both in Edinburgh.

Noel and Liam Gallagher will go on tour together for the first time since the group disbanded in 2009.

The Supersonic hitmakers will play Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on August 8 and 9, 2025.

With fans from across the country expected to flood to the capital, accommodation prices have already started to peak.

We previously reported how the Holiday Inn Express has been called out for increasing its prices during the show by charging fans around charging £1469.

With Glasgow just a one hour drive away from the venue, we noticed prices also rising in the city.

Now we have used Expedia to compare how much the same room would cost in a Glasgow hotel for one person the weekend before the concerts [August 1-3] and the week of [August 8-10].

Only one hotel on our list did not raise the price - while others almost doubled!
