Police shut down the M74 after a huge crash left two people in hospital.
Officers swarmed the busy motorway last night at around 8.10pm after a car and two motorcycles collided at Junction 3 northbound.
A 65-year-old and 39-year-old were both rushed to Wishaw General Hospital while the road was shut down.

Both patients were released later that day with minor injuries.
Investigations into the smash are on-going.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8.10pm on Sunday, 1 September 2024, we were called to a report of a crash involving a car and two motorcycles on the M74 at Junction 3 northbound.
"Emergency services attended and a 65-year-old man, and a 39-year-old man were taken to Wishaw General Hospital, and released later the following day with minor injuries.
"The road was closed to allow for recovery.
"Enquiries remain ongoing.”
