A MAN who crashed his motorbike and broke his collarbone has been banned from the roads for a year.
Ryan Murphy previously admitted to driving at more than three times the legal drink limit, with 71mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The limit is 22mg. And the 23-year-old was also driving an unlicensed motorbike, and without a proper licence himself or insurance.

Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard that police were travelling on Canniesburn Road, around 6.40pm on August 15, 2023.
They approached the junction with Pendicle Road in Westerton and there was a crashed red Skyteam dirtbike.

Members of the public and police went to assist and called an ambulance.
A roadside breath test was carried out on Murphy, which he failed.
Defence solicitor Eugene Boyle said his client, of Mossheights Avenue, Cardonald, had been taken to hospital and kept in for five weeks with a broken collarbone and a leg injury.
Since then, there had been a "change in attitude".

There were two separate community payback orders (CPO) imposed with social work supervision that were still underway.
He is also under a curfew until January.
Sheriff Lorna Anderson said: "I can see you're making efforts to make improvements."
She disqualified him from driving for 12 months, his licence was endorsed, and he was ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work in the community.
