"The city centre can be easily accessed by car and bus and Springburn and Barnhill Stations are both located half a mile away and offer regular services to Glasgow Queen Street with services taking less than ten minutes.
"St Rollox Retail centre offers both a Tesco superstore and a Costco and there is further shopping available in nearby Bishopbriggs.
"There is also local schooling available at Primary and Secondary level and there is also a public swimming pool, leisure centre, and recreational park nearby."

Its entry onto the market is apparently rare with agents stating that it has a Home Report valuation of around £45,000.
The auction for the property is set to take place on September 19 between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
