Known for its elegant Victorian architecture, great pubs and restaurants, and now its growing presence of hipsters Strathbungo has been named one of the world's ‘coolest neighbourhoods’.

Global magazine, Time Out ranked the small area on the Southside of the city number 22 on their annual list of the world’s coolest spots.

Sandwiched between Queens Park and Pollokshields, Strathbungo was the only place in Scotland to make the list with its “independent spirit” being cited as a main attraction.

The Glasgow Times went to see if those who live and work in the area agree.
