Two people have been rushed to hospital after an incident in Elderslie.
Emergency services crews raced to Renshaw Road at around 7pm on Sunday evening following reports of a disturbance.
Two men, aged 62 and 32, were taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley to be treated for their injuries.
The force confirmed that an investigation has been launched into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7pm on Sunday, September 29, 2024 we were called to reports of a disturbance in the Renshaw Road area of Elderslie.
"A 62-year-old man and a 32-year-old man were taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
