Officers are set to carry out targeted patrols after reports of anti-social driving including street racing.
Such behaviour is said to have been taking place in Cartside Avenue in Inchinnan and surrounding areas.
In a photo shared online by police, a series of tyre marks can be seen on the street.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Driving in an antisocial manner puts you, your passengers and other road users at risk of harm and has the potential to cause serious collisions and injuries.
“Officers will be carrying out targeted patrols in the area.
“The use of vehicles in any form of anti-social driving will not be tolerated and offenders will be dealt with accordingly including the use of anti-social behaviour legislation which could result in vehicles being seized."
“If you observe someone driving in an anti-social manner, please report it to Police Scotland by calling 101," added the spokesperson.
“If you feel that there is someone at imminent risk of harm, please call 999.”
