A man has been charged after a pensioner died following a 'serious crash' at Clarkston Toll.
The incident happened on Stamperland Crescent at around 5.20pm on Friday, May 17, 2024.
Police say it involved an 86-year-old pedestrian and a Mercedes GLE.

Following it, the pensioner was taken to hospital with serious injuries. However, he sadly passed away in hospital on Thursday, May 23.
No one else was injured during the crash.
Now, officers have said a 55-year-old man has been charged with allegedly causing death by careless driving.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
He is expected to appear in court in due course.
