A busy Glasgow road near Silverburn will close from this weekend.
Barrhead Road will be closed to traffic in both directions at the M77 between Fairchild Avenue and Boydstone Road.
This is to allow essential resurfacing works of the carriageway.
The closure will take place from Saturday to Tuesday, October 12 to 14 between the hours of 8pm and 6am each night.

During the works, the M77 junction two northbound on-ramp will remain open throughout the works, but traffic will only be able to access the ramp from an eastbound direction on Barrhead Road.
The M77 Junction two southbound off-ramp will remain open throughout the works and traffic will be diverted eastbound onto Barrhead Road.
