A MAN has appeared in court following the death of a dad in Uddingston.
David Graham was walking alone in General's Gate at around 7.35pm on Sunday, October 6 when he was allegedly attacked.
Liam Kippen appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court today charged with murder.
The 29-year-old, whose address was listed as Motherwell, made no plea.

He was remanded in custody and will appear again within the next eight days.
We previously reported that members of the public rushed to the aid David, 38, before he was taken to hospital.
However, the Cambuslang man was pronounced dead on arrival.
