Emergency services attended and the 58-year-old male driver of the car was taken to hospital.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
His family are aware and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Sergeant Nick Twigg from Road Policing said: “We are appealing for any potential witnesses who are still to speak to officers to please get in touch.
“We would also urge anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage to pass this on to us by call 101 and quoting incident number 2154 of Friday, 11 October, 2024.”
