A MAN who spent eight years subjecting two young boys to a series of sexual assaults has been jailed for six years.
Hayden Fell, 30, abused the two children, who cannot be named for legal reasons at addresses in Glasgow between February 2006 and February 2014.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard how Fell’s first victim was aged just nine years old when Fell started preying on him. He subjected him to sexual assaults and rapes until he was 16 years old.
Fell also subjected another boy to sexual assaults and rapes which started when his victim was just five-years-old and continued until he was 10 years old.

Fell, also of Glasgow, was brought to justice and was convicted on rape and lewd and libidinous conduct charges following a trial at the high court in his home city last month.
Judge Lady Hood deferred sentence to obtain a report about the first offender’s background.
On Monday, Fell appeared at the High Court in Edinburgh. Defence advocate Gillian Ross KC told the court that her client still maintained he was innocent of any wrongdoing.
She added: “However, he still respects the verdict of the jury and he accepts that there can only be one disposal in this case.”
Passing sentence, Lady Hood told Fell that he had to go to prison for his crimes.
She added: “The offences to which you have been found guilty of are so serious that given the nature of them the only way of dealing with you is to impose a custodial sentence.”
Fell was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
