A hit BBC Scotland reality show based on the lives of the founders of a Lanarkshire-based influencer agency has been renewed for a third series.

The Agency: Unfiltered, which provides an inside look at the world of social media influencers, has been a success since its launch in February 2023.

The first two series have been streamed over 1.2 million times on BBC iPlayer, with 58 per cent of viewers being aged between 16 and 34.

The show has also been nominated for the Entertainment category at the BAFTA Scotland Award 2024.

The upcoming series will continue to follow Kirsten and Amy, founders of Aquarius Creative, Scotland's largest influencer agency.

The pair have relocated from their Lanarkshire base to a new office in Hamilton, which is seven times the size of their previous office.

They will be renting out the new space for photoshoots, podcasts, and TikTok Lives.

The third series will also see the launch of Aquarius Academy, which will add new challenges for the duo.

Kirsten and Amy said: "We’re thrilled to be back for a third series of The Agency: Unfiltered.

"The response to the first two series has been incredible, and we can’t wait to share even more of our crazy lives.

"We’re busier than ever, and it’s fantastic that audiences will continue to join us on this journey."

Louise Thornton, head of multiplatform commissioning at BBC Scotland, said: "After two hit series, we’re excited to bring The Agency: Unfiltered back for a third run.

"The third instalment will continue to offer that unique behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lives of Scotland’s top social media stars and we’re looking forward to seeing what Amy and Kirsten have in store this time around."

Laura Capaldi, executive producer for IWC Media, said: "It’s been fantastic to see the show resonate with younger audiences, and we’re proud of its success.
