Police have named the second driver in a motorway crash which also cost the lives of two adults and two children from Glasgow.
Richard Woods, 40, from Cambridgeshire, has been identified as the person behind the wheel of the Skoda during the head-on collision.
The crash took place on the M6 Northbound past Tebay in Cumbria on Tuesday, October 15.
Filip Rossa, 15, and seven-year-old Dominic Rossa from the East End of Glasgow, along with their 42-year-old dad Jaroslaw Rossa, were also killed.
Yesterday (Tuesday, October 22) Filip and Dominic's mother Kamila paid tribute to "intelligent sensitive and full of love" Filip and "always smiling, very resolute and sociable" Dominic.
She said: “We are heartbroken at the passing of our beloved angels - Filip and Dominic.”
A passenger in their Toyota car, Jade McEnroe, 33, of Kilmuir Road, Glasgow also died at the scene.
Her son, Arran, aged seven, who was in the vehicle, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Cumbria Police said yesterday that the youngster remains in hospital.
A spokesperson for Cumbria Police said: "We can confirm the identity of the driver of the Skoda, involved in the road traffic collision on the M6 Northbound past Tebay on Tuesday, October 15.
"The driver has been formally identified as Richard Woods, aged 40, from Cambridgeshire."
